A new air conditioning and heating system is one of the biggest investments a University Park homeowner will make. A new AC system replacement can decrease your electric bill and increase the value of your home at the same time in the Park Cities.
How Much Cooling Do I Need?
A properly sized AC system is critical to your homes electrical consumption and cooling efficiency. Although a smaller unit will cost less, it will struggle to cool a larger home and be more expensive to operate. In contrast, because an over sized unit reduces the temperature of your home very quickly, the unit will not run long enough to pull the humidity out of the air subjecting your home to the possible growth of mold and mildew.
Extreme Comfort Advisers are HVAC experts and will calculate the precise size system necessary to efficiently cool your home.
If you do not live in either University Park, TX, Extreme Comfort offers Air Conditioning Installation and AC Repair services throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

University Park, Texas Average Temperatures
University Park
University Park was originally merely a group of homes in Dallas County that surrounded the emergent Southern Methodist University. SMU was founded in 1915 and supplied these homes with utility service until 1924, when the population became too vast for the university’s support. To address this situation, the University Park homeowners requested and were denied annexation into the Town Of Highland Park, and then experienced the same fate when they requested annexation by the city of Dallas. Later, in April of 1924, University Park became incorporated unto itself.
University Park, Texas currently supports a population around 27,000 residents.
