QUARTERLY FILTER REPLACEMENT

SEMI-ANNUAL SYSTEM CHECK-UPS
•Our retail fee for a 18-point commercial air conditioning or heating check-up is $89. These check-ups are included with our maintenance program.
•Scheduled by the tenant or property owner, semi-annual check-ups allow us to track the performance history of your air conditioning and heating system. If a reading appears abnormal, we will have the ability to compare it to readings from prior visits.

•EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) tests have determined that as little as 1/10th of a centimeter of dirt or dust on an air conditioning unit coil can reduce efficiency by as much as 20%. A 20% loss in efficiency means the average home owner may be wasting as much as $300 each year.

NO TRIP CHARGES OR TRAVEL TIME BILLED
•It is common for commercial business service companies to charge a fee for the time it takes to drive to your company (referred to as “Trip Charge” or “Travel Time”). Excellent service from Jonathan and Eric installing a new coil - friendly and very professional. Was very impressed that the phone was answered on the weekend and someone was out first thing next business day. I would sincerely like to thank Extreme Comfort Air for installing my new A/C unit yesterday. I recieved a call early morning from the crew letting me know their ETA. Earle came out today and spent about an hour thoroughly looking over my entire HVAC system. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive new system, he patiently showed me how to operate the dampers to control the airflow to trouble rooms upstairs. I've had three other contractors out and none addressed this simple solution. A couple the dampers were completely closed off and although I attempted to adjust them in the past they were stuck because of excess mastic. Long story short, he saved me a lot of money (at least temporarily), and it is that kind of honesty and knowledge that will be rewarded in the long run.
