SEMI-ANNUAL SYSTEM CHECK-UPS

•Our retail fee for a 18-point commercial air conditioning or heating check-up is $89.   These check-ups are included with our maintenance program.

•Scheduled by the tenant or property owner, semi-annual check-ups allow us to track the performance history of your air conditioning and heating system.  If a reading appears abnormal, we will have the ability to compare it to readings from prior visits.

15% OFF ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS

•The best maintenance won’t prevent normal wear-and-tear so our Commercial Maintenance Program customers receive a 15% discount on all replacement parts.

•Our Extreme Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating service trucks are fully stocked with parts so we’re able to repair 99% of our calls on the first visit.

Annual Blower Belt Change

•Includes one FREE Blower Belt change per year.

•EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) tests have determined that as little as 1/10th of a centimeter of dirt or dust on an air conditioning unit coil can reduce efficiency by as much as 20%.  A 20% loss in efficiency means the average home owner may be wasting as much as $300 each year.

•A leak check or leak repairs may be necessary before adding additional refrigerant.

NO TRIP CHARGES OR TRAVEL TIME BILLED

•It is common for commercial business service companies to charge a fee for the time it takes to drive to your company (referred to as “Trip Charge” or “Travel Time”).  Depending on distance and demand, this fee can be as high as $100 or more. Our Maintenance Program customers never pay a Trip Charge.

EXTENDED WARRANTIES

•All replacement parts are warranted for a minimum of 1 year, regardless of manufacturer’s limited warranty.

•All of our labor is guaranteed for 60 days.  During this 60 day grace period following service, there is never a charge to re-diagnose your system.

I would sincerely like to thank Extreme Comfort Air for installing my new A/C unit yesterday. I recieved a call early morning from the crew letting me know their ETA. I was greeted by each crew member with a smile and a good morning to follow. Jonathan, Jose, and Victor were very pleasant and very considerate regarding noise level considering that I had just gotten off night shift. Jonathan, explained that the job would take approximately 6-8hrs. I appreciated being informed on the process. They cleaned up and provided me with a walk through. During the walk through we noticed one room wasn't getting any airflow. The crew came back in and reassessed the situation and discovered an air duct disconnected. They immediately fixed it. I'm so thankful for Home Depot utilizing professional and honest people. Extreme Comfort Air also set up my inspection with city and took care of all of my warranty stuff. I couldn't have found a better company to take care of my A/C needs.

Earle came out today and spent about an hour thoroughly looking over my entire HVAC system. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive new system, he patiently showed me how to operate the dampers to control the airflow to trouble rooms upstairs. I've had three other contractors out and none addressed this simple solution. A couple the dampers were completely closed off and although I attempted to adjust them in the past they were stuck because of excess mastic. Long story short, he saved me a lot of money (at least temporarily), and it is that kind of honesty and knowledge that will be rewarded in the long run.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Extreme Comfort A/C and Heating. My 3 year old A/C system installed by a competitor in my new home experienced complete failure. When that company came out they were pushy and not concerned about me, my home, or my system. A friend recommended Extreme Comfort A/C and Heating. They thoroughly inspected my entire system. Joey, the service technician explained to me that when my current system was installed many "shortcuts" were taken which likely led to the failure of my evaporator coil. I also had mold forming in my plenum (where the air comes in) because it was made of inferior material. For about the same price the competitor wanted to charge me Extreme Comfort came in and revamped and repaired my shoddy system into a system with INTEGRITY. I received so much VALUE for the money I spent. I've posted some pictures of the shoddy workmanship from the first company, and then what my system looks like after Extreme Comfort reworked it. They care about their customers and take pride in their work; OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION, SERVICE AND VALUE. Thank you Extreme Comfort A/C and Heating!
